Emotions want to be felt, validated, and witnessed. this one call wont change your life (or maybe it will) but it will help ease your pain and get you out of your head and back into your body which is where life happens. It can be so hard to function when you are triggered. We lose our ability to rationalize and function normal. I use modalities such as somatic practices, energy work, voice activation, visualization, intuition, and more to work through what feels to you like an endless maze of large negative emotions. Plan for about 60-90 minutes, and plan to be able to rest afterwords.
